Welcome New Reinhardt Freshman!

Here's a helpful checklist of items for you to complete prior to beginning classes. If a step has a specific deadline date, that deadline is included for you.




Guarantee your spot in Reinhardt's spring 2016 class.

Submit your $150 tuition deposit.  


Apply for financial aid.

Please talk with a financial aid counselor if you have any questions or need assistance. Then complete your Financial Aid forms online. If you are a Georgia resident, visit to complete the paperwork for the Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant.  If you may be HOPE eligible, complete that application as well.


Sign up for housing.

Housing information is sent once you are admitted to Reinhardt.  Please return your housing contract, $200 housing deposit, and health forms:
Residential students should submit a medical history form (pdf) & a meningitis form (pdf).
Commuting students are only required to submit a medical history form (pdf).


Receive your spring invoice from the Business Office

Tuition and fees are due two weeks before the spring semester begins.


Send in your final transcripts.

Request that your high school send your final transcript to the Office of Admission after you graduate.


Attend NSO (New Student Orientation).

During NSO, you will have a chance to learn more about being a student at Reinhardt, meet fellow classmates, and speak with faculty advisors.
