Welcome New Transfer Student!
Here's a handy checklist of items for you to complete prior to beginning classes. If a step has a specific deadline date, that deadline is included for you.
Steps

Guarantee your spot in Reinhardt's entering class for fall 2013.
Submit your $150 tuition deposit. The deadline to submit your deposit is May 1, 2013.

|
|
Apply for financial aid.
Please talk with a financial aid counselor if you have any questions or need assistance. Then complete your Financial Aid forms online. If you are a Georgia resident and may be HOPE eligible, complete the HOPE evaluation request from. Also, if you are a Georgia resident, please visit GaCollege411.com to complete the application for the Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant.

Sign up for housing.
You will receive housing information in March 2013. Return your housing contract, $200 housing deposit, and health forms. Residential students should submit a medical history form (pdf) & a meningitis form (pdf). Commuting students are only required to submit a medical history form (pdf).

Get your parking decal.
Apply for a parking permit at https://www.thepermitstore.com/

 |
Send in your final transcripts.
If you are attending classes at another college before transferring, request for that college to send your final transcripts to the Reinhardt University Office of Admission at the end of your final semester.

Double-check your credit evaluations.
Once you have received all of your credit evaluation(s), check your transferable classes against your transcript from your previous institution(s). For more information on our credit transfer policies, see the academic catalog.

Attend a summer SOAR (orientation, advising and registration) session and register for your classes.
SOAR sessions take place in the summer. During this session, you will have the opportunity to meet other students who are new to Reinhardt, meet professors in your intended major and finalize your schedule for fall 2013. Several sessions are especially targeted to transfer students.

Receive your fall invoice from the Business Office.
Tuition and fees are due two weeks before the fall semester begins.

Attend Eagle Camp and begin your college experience at Reinhardt University!
Eagle Camp begins on Saturday, August 20, 2013, and is an excellent way to get to know other new students, faculty and staff at Reinhardt. During the program, you will attend the opening ceremonies, participate in Playfair, enjoy late night entertainment, and much more. Classes begin on Monday, August 22, 2013.
