Reinhardt Cherokee County Grant

Reinhardt's Cherokee County Grant is funded by the generous donations of local residents and businesses through the annual county-wide fundraiser, A DAY. This is an automatic award; therefore, students need not apply for this grant.  Eligible students will receive this grant.  A student is automatically eligible if he or she:
• Is a full-time undergraduate charged block tuition on the Waleska campus (12 or more hours per semester)
• Is a permanent resident of Cherokee County and has been for 12 consecutive months prior to enrollment or is a dependent student whose parents live in Cherokee County

Cherokee Grant Awards:

• Resident student with at least a 3.0 GPA is automatically awarded $2000 per year
• Commuter student with at least a 3.0 GPA is automatically awarded $1000 per year
• Resident or commuter student with less than a 3.0 but at least a 2.0 is automatically awarded $500 per year
