Students May Access their EMAIL from any computer connected to the Internet
- Open any web browser and enter the following address http://webmail.reinhardt.edu.
- Next select the Language (English is the default) and select the Go Button

- Enter your Username and Password
For new students, your username is your LastnameStudentID# and password is your date of birth (ex: 01011990).
For returning students, your username is your LastnameStudentID# and password is your pin number. If you have forgotten you pin number please come by the IT office to have it reset to your date of birth.

For freshmen, your email account is created as soon as you register for Orientation.

Campus announcements as well as course instructions are often distributed through email. If you have a preferred email account, we recommend that you forward your campus email to that preferred email account.

Will my email account become inactive during the summer?
Email accounts will only become inactive after two consecutive semesters of inactivity with the college. After graduation, your email account will be available for one year.
I forgot my email password, how can I get it reset?
Email accounts passwords may be reset by bringing your student ID to the IT office on the top floor of the Burgess Administration building or if you are a North Fulton Student, visit Donna Hunt to coordinate with IT to reset your email account.
