*If a resident who is assigned to a double room does not have a roommate when the semester begins he/she will have the option of consolidating or paying the private room rate, which is listed above.

Heating, air-conditioning, all utilities, cable television, and internet access are all included in the room and board package.  If you have any questions please call the Residence Life Office at (770) 720-5539.

Freshmen female students will live in Gordy Hall.

Freshmen male students will live in Cobb Hall or Paul Jones Hall.

Housing options for upperclass female students:
Smith Johnston Hall, and West Apartments

Housing options for upperclass male students:
Roberts Hall, and East Apartments 

All students living on campus must submit a $200 refundable housing deposit before room assignments will be made.  This deposit will cover any damage to your room/apartment throughout your time living on campus.  The deposit will be returned pending a proper check-out of your room and assessment of damage has been made by a Residence Life staff member at the completion of your time living on campus.
