Key Dates to Remember

See below for your deadlines to complete the Sexual Assault Prevention and AlcoholEdu courses.
Notes:  The course will not be available until August 20, 2018.

Who Needs to Take These Courses

In compliance with Federal guidelines and as part of the University’s commitment to your wellbeing, Reinhardt is requiring all new students (Freshmen, Transfers and Graduate students) to complete both Sexual Assault Prevention and AlcoholEdu.

Please note that if you are enrolled in an FYS 101 Seminar in Critical Thinking, completion of both Sexual Assault Prevention and AlcoholEdu are grade requirements in that course.

How Long Can I Expect These Courses to Take?

AlcoholEdu will take approximately 1 hour to complete.

Sexual Assault Prevention will take 1.5 to 2 hours to complete.

How Do I Take These Courses?

You will need one EverFi Higher Education Account to access the Sexual Assault Prevention and AlcoholEducourses from your Everfi dashboard.

To fulfill Reinhardt University’s requirement:

*If you already have an EverFi Higher Ed Account, go to, enter your login information, then enter registration code faa85f60 by clicking “Add a Course” in the top right corner of the Dashboard.

What Happens After I've Taken the Courses?

After you complete Part 1 of AlcoholEdu and the entire Sexual Assault Prevention course, you will receive a link via email to take Part 2 about 30 days following your completion of Part 1. You must complete Part 2 of Sexual Assault Prevention and AlcoholEduby October 31, 2018. After you've completed Part 2, you will have met the online safety course requirement for Reinhardt.

I'm Not 21, But I Still Drink. Will My Answers be Private?

The AlcoholEdu course will include surveys about your personal health behaviors to help personalize your experience and measure students' alcohol-related attitudes and behaviors. All survey responses are confidential; Reinhardt will only receive information about the student body as a whole and never your individual answers as a student.
