Leadership Programs 

Any student can be a leader in some way or another so a variety of avenues for skills building is offered. Reinhardt College offers several programs aimed at developing student leadership on campus. Not only do we provide many opportunities for students to serve in formal leadership roles, we also provide an ongoing series of leadership seminars designed to increase leadership skills in targeted areas.

Reinhardt College Leadership Academy

The Reinhardt College Leadership Academy (RCLA) was founded to provide a leadership development conference for students at Reinhardt College. The Leadership Conference is unique and integrated program designed to help students identify and develop abilities that are essential for effective citizenship, advocacy, and leadership.

Northwest Crescent Leadership Alliance

Made up of seven colleges and universities in Northwest Georgia, the Northwest Crescent Leadership Alliance (NWCLA) is a program designed to promote leadership among the students with a focus on service.  This program is open to all students.
