The Reinhardt College Leadership Academy (RCLA) was founded to provide a leadership development conference for students at Reinhardt College. The Leadership Conference is unique and integrated program designed to help students identify and develop abilities that are essential for effective citizenship, advocacy, and leadership.
Registration includes a t-shirt, lunch and refreshments, door prizes and experiences to last a lifetime!

Randell Trammel is the State Executive Director/CEO for the State YMCA of Georgia, Inc and a Reinhardt College Graduate Student in the Masters of Business Administration program.

Leigh Ann Williams is a native of Pickens County where she currently resides with her husband and little boy. She graduated from Reinhardt College in December of 2004 with a degree in Early Childhood and also received her endorsement for Preschool Special Needs. She has been teaching in Cherokee County for the past four and a half years. She began in Preschool Special Education in a facility-based setting and then worked as an inclusion teacher for a little over a year. She is currently teaching third grade at Ball Ground Elementary School as well as working with Georgia Pines as a Parent Advisor to sensory impaired children. She has enjoyed all of her teaching experiences and credits Reinhardt for much of her success.

Dr. Katherine "Kathy" Hyatt currently resides in Tate, Ga. She is teaching courses in the MBA, Organizational Leadership, and online offerings at Reinhardt's North Fulton Center. Hyatt's main goal is to help students learn and develop. "I want students to be able to apply what they have learned," she said. "I hope that I can inspire leadership, encourage student participation in their education, and facilitate student success in school and in business."

Chris Dupree is a successful business leader with extensive sales and operations experience in the beverage industry. He is experienced in team building, change management and performance management. Chris is know as a consistent performer that has met or exceeded the business objectives in the various sales and operations positions that he has held during his 28 years with Coca-Cola North America. Today Chris is the Director of Area Sales, Chain Accounts in the South Group. In this role he directs and leads the development of sales strategy and implementation to increase the profit and volume of Coca-Cola products and services delivered to and through regional chains across multiple channels.

Mathew Pinson enrolled at Reinhardt College where he completed the requirements for a B.A. in History with a minor in religion. During his time at Reinhardt College, Mathew was involved in the History Club, Phi Alpha Theta National History Honors Society, and the Student Government Association -- serving two-terms as president. Shortly after graduating from Reinhardt, Mathew was named director of annual giving at Tennessee Wesleyan College and served in this role for just over two years before accepting an appointment as director of development for major gifts at Emory University's Candler School of Theology. Mathew has recently completed an eight-year term as a member of the board of directors of the General Council on Finance and Administration. Mathew is married to the Rev. Susan Moore Pinson, who serves on the clergy staff at Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church on the campus of Emory University.
