This office sponsors a dinner for graduates each spring. Following graduation, this office provides information for alumni via the alumni section on Reinhardt.edu, Facebook, LinkedIn and in periodic mailings and emails. Annual events include Homecoming (fall) and the Talon Awards Gala (spring). Other activities vary per year. Please keep your address current with the alumni office and notify us of your news, which may be published in the annual Reinhardt Magazine.770-720-5508
Reinhardt fields 19 intercollegiate athletic teams. Students can receive a free ticket to enter home Reinhardt football and basketball games (all other home Reinhardt sporting events are free and do not require tickets). This office manages payments to and from Reinhardt. You can view your tuition and fees invoice online by logging into Eagleweb at https://eagleweb.reinhardt.edu/ics. Reinhardt accepts cash, check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, or you can call 770-720-5520 to pay by credit card.
You may also pay online at https://eagleweb.reinhardt.edu/ics/Students/My_Account using a credit card listed above. You can pay monthly by enrolling in Tuition Management Systems prior to the start of classes.

All students are encouraged to take part in campus ministry. Weekly activities on the Waleska campus include Campus Worship (Tuesdays, 7 p.m. at the Nook – formerly the Varsity Room) and many small group opportunities. Our University Chaplain is also available for counseling and advisement during the week. You can also take part in worship services, retreats, service opportunities and lectures, as well as be connected to a local church through this office.

Assistance is provided with job/internship leads, career planning, resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, interview & career fair preparation, networking strategies and salary negotiations. The Center provides one-on-one, in-person tutorials from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Friday. Tutorial support for online and graduate courses is provided through Brainfuse. Resources are also available to assist with preparation for GMAT, GRE, GACE and other common tests required for graduate admissions

Counseling professionals assist students with personal and social concerns, career development and placement and educational guidance. Counseling of a more intense nature is available by referral from University counseling staff to a community resource who usually charges a fee for service. All concerns expressed to counselors shall remain confidential per ethical practices and standards.

The Reinhardt Student Financial Aid staff members strive to offer superlative customer service. The financial aid counselor for graduate students will learn your story and utilize her years of experience to guide you through the aid process. Your health plays a vital role in successfully achieving academic, social and personal goals. Reinhardt’s nurse on the Waleska campus assists with treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, assessment and referral of more serious problems to the appropriate resources, blood pressure checks and counseling, distribution of over the counter medicines after physical assessment, and the sharing of health-related education and literature.

This office sets up Eagleweb accounts, network logins and emails. Eagleweb and network login information is e-mailed to students once they apply to Reinhardt. The Eagleweb account provides online access to admissions status, financial aid status, account balance, course information and grades. Student email accounts are provided through Microsoft Office365. This account includes access to OneDrive, which includes online versions of Word, Excel and Powerpoint. You will also receive 25 gigabytes of online storage. The IT Helpdesk can help you access these accounts and can be reached via phone or email. The Helpdesk also provides limited tech support of student-owned devices, such as removing viruses and assisting with wireless access issues.

Library services are provided through the Hill Freeman Library and Spruill Learning Center on Reinhardt’s Waleska campus. All current students can access databases and electronic resources via library.reinhardt.edu. To access an electronic resource off campus, you will need to enter your last name and Reinhardt ID number when prompted. If you cannot access Galileo databases through the library website, go to www.galileo.usg.edu and enter the current Galileo password; library staff can provide this password. Books, articles and other materials needed for research but not owned by Reinhardt can be requested using Interlibrary Loan. Contact the library during business hours for research advice or assistance. After hours, you may prefer to use the Contact Us form on the library website. A portion of the library on the Waleska campus is open 24/7; use your Reinhardt ID card to enter on the bottom floor.

This office works closely with students, faculty, staff and visitors to provide a welcoming and secure campus environment. This office provides student ID cards, or Eagle-Cards*, and Waleska campus parking tags. Order your parking tag at www.reinhardt.edu/parking - if you need to pick up your tag or have an ID made outside of regular office hours, call and arrange a time. This office also oversees EagleAlert, an emergency notification system; you will automatically receive messages via Reinhardt email, but you’ll need to add your cell number to receive messages via text. Waleska public safety can also assist with a dead car battery or an escort to your car at night. Security is provided at off-campus locations by paid security, staff from the host institution and/or local police. Free parking is provided at all sites.

This office assists students with class registration, transcript requests, enrollment verification and other records-related aspects. The Registrar also posts grades, develops the Academic Calendar and provides online access to the Academic Catalog.

You can enjoy Reinhardt’s group exercise classes, fitness centers, biking and hiking trails, walking/jogging paths, disc golf course, hammock pods, campsites, sand volleyball court and tennis courts. Students can also take part in intramural sports and club sports, as well as trips sponsored by Reinhardt Outdoors.
Baxter Recreation Center
This office sponsors a multitude of programs and events that help students “Get Informed, Get Involved and Get Active!” These co-curricular activities can also contribute to your professional, personal and leadership development. You can get involved in the Student Government Association or join one or more of Reinhardt’s 50 student organizations.
