The Business Office is in the Burgess Administration Building, first floor, north end. 2. What are the hours of the Business Office?
3. What is block tuition? Block tuition is a flat rate charged to students enrolled in from 12 to 18 credit hours in one semester. A student taking more than 18 credit hours in a semester will incur an additional charge. 4. When will I receive an invoice? Invoices for tuition and fees are mailed approximately three weeks prior to the start of a semester. 5. When do I have to pay my tuition and fees? Tuition and fees are due approximately two weeks prior to the start of a semester. Specific dates are included in correspondence mailed to students regarding tuition and fees; they are also published in the Academic calendar. 6. What payment methods are accepted? Cash, check, Money Order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Please call 770-720-5520 to pay by credit card over the phone. 7. Can I make monthly payments on my tuition and fees? Yes. In order to do this, you must enroll with Tuition Management Systems prior to the start of classes. For more information about the monthly payment option, please call the Business Office at 770-720-5520 or 770-720-5519 8. Is there a penalty charge for a late payment? If you pay your balance in full by the semester payment deadline date, you will not incur a late fee. These dates are included in the college calendar and in correspondence mailed to you about tuition payments.
9. What financial aid is available? Please contact the Financial Aid Office at 770-720-5667 or see financialaid@reinhardt.edu for financial aid information. 10. Can commuter students purchase a meal plan? Yes. All commuter meal tickets must be purchased at the Gordy Dining Center. You will need your student ID to purchase meal tickets. 11. Am I eligible to get a book voucher? If your financial aid is more than your tuition and fees, you may be eligible for a book voucher. Contact the Business Office at 770-720-5520 to confirm your eligibility. 12. Where can I get a book voucher? Book vouchers are available at the Main Campus Business Office and at the North Fulton Center. 13. When can I get a book voucher? Book vouchers are available one-week prior to the start of full session courses thru the 2nd week of class. Eligible students can only obtain one voucher per semester. 14. Where is the campus bookstore? The campus bookstore is located on the bottom level of the Hasty Student Life Center 15. When is the bookstore open?
