How to Avoid Paying a Late Fee 

Pay in Full by the Deadline Date
If you pay your balance in full by the semester payment deadline date, you will not incur a late fee.  These dates are included in the College calendar and in correspondence mailed to you about tuition payments.

Make Satisfactory Payment Arrangements
If you make ‘satisfactory payment arrangements,' you will not be assessed a late fee. Satisfactory payment arrangements include being enrolled in:

• Tuition Management System (TMS)

• an approved employer tuition reimbursement program

• or are enrolled in vocational rehab/DFACS.

Late Fee
Beginning Jan. 31, 2007, Reinhardt College will assess a late fee of 1.5% per month to any unpaid balance.
