1. Take I-75 N to I-575 N.
2. Continue north on I-575. Exit the interstate at exit 20.
3. Turn left at the top of the ramp onto Riverstone Parkway.
4. Continue straight .6 mile to the intersection of Riverstone Parkway and Reinhardt College Parkway (Panda Express is on right).
5. Turn right onto Reinhardt College Parkway and continue straight until this road intersects with Highway 140.
6. Turn right on Reinhardt College Parkway/Highway 140 West and continue north for almost six miles to Waleska.
7. Proceed north past the intersection of Highways 140 and 108 and the main brick entrance to the College (Baxter Ave.).
8. Turn right just past the Waleska United Methodist Church (Hagan Chapel) at the brick entrance sign to the Falany Performing Arts Center.
9. Follow the driveway to the right of the church parking lot. The Falany Performing Arts Center is the large building to the rear of the parking lots. The entrance to the Falany Center parking area will be on your left as you approach the building.

via Highways 369 and 20 (Gainesville, Cumming, Buford)
60 minutes from Gainesville, Buford; 45 minutes from Cumming.

1. Take Highway 369 west from Gainesville.
2. When Highway 369 dead ends into Highway 20, turn right.
3. Turn right onto I-575 north before you enter downtown Canton.
4. Exit the interstate at exit 20.
5. Turn left at the top of the ramp onto Riverstone Parkway.
6. Continue straight .6 mile to the intersection of Riverstone Parkway and Reinhardt College Parkway (Panda Express is on right).

20 minutes from I-75.

1. At exit 290 off I-75, take Highway 20 east.
2. Turn left onto Highway 108 (signs point you to Waleska). Travel approximately nine miles.
3. Turn left at the intersection of Highways 108 and 140 (a large brick College sign will be across the street to the left).
4. Proceed north past the intersection of Highways 140 and 108 and the main brick entrance to the College (Baxter Ave.).
5. Turn right just past the Waleska United Methodist Church (Hagan Chapel) at the brick entrance sign to the Falany Performing Arts Center.

via Highway 140 (Roswell, Alpharetta)
45-60 minutes from Roswell.

1. Take Highway 140 west from Roswell to Canton.
2. Continue straight on Highway 140 until it dead ends into Marietta Rd. Turn right.
3. At the next four-way stop, turn left onto Railroad St. Follow the road around to the right.
4. Stay on Highway 140 as it turns left at the recycling company and auto-parts store.
5. Go straight through the intersection with Highway 5.& Reinhardt University is 6 miles north of that intersection.
6. Proceed north past the intersection of Highways 140 and 108.
7. Proceed north past the intersection of Highways 140 and 108 and the main brick entrance to the College (Baxter Ave.).
8. Turn right just past the Waleska United Methodist Church (Hagan Chapel) at the brick entrance sign to the Falany Performing Arts Center.
9. Follow the driveway to the right of the church parking lot. The Falany Performing Arts Center is the large building to the rear of the parking lots. The entrance to the Falany Center parking area will be on your left as you approach the building.

via Highway 515 (Ellijay, Jasper, Blue Ridge)
15 minutes from Jasper.

1. Take Highway 515 south.
2. Approximately 3 miles south of Jasper Jeep is the intersection with Highway 108, turn right onto Highway 108. You will be traveling west.
3. After approximately 10 miles, you will see the back entrance of Reinhardt University on the right.
4. Turn right at the intersection of Highways 140 and 108.
5. Proceed north past the intersection of Highways 140 and 108 and the main brick entrance to the College (Baxter Ave.).
6. Turn right just past the Waleska United Methodist Church (Hagan Chapel) at the brick entrance sign to the Falany Performing Arts Center.
7. Follow the driveway to the right of the church parking lot. The Falany Performing Arts Center is the large building to the rear of the parking lots. The entrance to the Falany Center parking area will be on your left as you approach the building.

Please take note of these suggestions to help enhance your experience in the multiple performing spaces at the Falany Performing Arts Center:

• Performing Spaces: Please make sure to check the location of the performance space before attending. Performances are generally held in the Flint Hall at the Falany Performing Arts Center, the University Theatre, and outside in various locations.
• Arrive Early: Please arrive between 15-20 minutes prior to the start time of the event. This will allow for all guests to comfortably find their seats prior to the start of the show.
• If You Are Late: Please remain in the lobby until an usher helps to escort you to your seats. For sold out shows, guests might be seated in the back until time allows for them to move forward.
• If You Cannot Attend the Event: Please notify the box office. This will allow for an accurate count of guests. During sold out shows, the School of Performing Arts students will be allowed to fill your seat.
• Attire: Due to the nature of our concert venue, the Concert Hall stays at a temperature between 68°-72°. Guests who are cold natured are encouraged to bring a sweater with them. While we do not have a strict dress code, we ask concert attendees to please be respectful of those around them. Guests are asked to remove hats while in the building.
• Refreshments: The Falany hosts a concessions stand during most performances, as well as a bar serving wine & beer. Guests are allowed to take beverages and food into the performance spaces.
• Children: Children are our future! We welcome children to all events at the Falany Performing Arts Center. Should your child become restless, you are encouraged to exit the Concert Hall and listen to the event in the Atrium, where you’ll find comfortable seating until your child is ready to re-enter the Concert Hall.
• Photography/Recording: Please no photography or recording of events unless prior permission is given by the artists.
• Courtesies: Please remain respectful and courteous to all other guests. Please do not wear an overabundance or cologne/perfume. Do not lean heads together as it might block the views of others. Please remove hats.

The Center’s Flint Hall (thrust stage) measures 45 feet deep by 65 feet wide. It is accessible from center rear with access to all sides of the stage and to the loading dock area. The stage also has a set of double doors upstage on both sides and a single door downstage on both sides for access from either stage left or stage right. The dressing rooms are immediately adjacent to the stage left doors.

The concert hall holds a maximum seating capacity of 350 and handicapped seating is available.

Lighting

• Console: ETC Express 24/48, firmware version 1.02
• Light plot: Front and overhead white wash from a mixture of ETC SourceFour lekos and pars located on one (1) flown upstage electric, one (1) flown downstage electric, and one (1) FOH cove accessible via ladder/catwalk. Capable of basic color washes accomplished by eight (8) ETC Salador units addressed in four (4) groups of two (2). One (1) stage right and one (1) stage left stage pin at stage level on same Current light plot available upon request at bob.dehart@reinhardt.edu.
• DMX connections: DMX address. DMX connection and edison power available on FOH catwalk cove. No DMX connection at stage level. ETC RFU connections in backstage crossover hallway and at FOH catwalk/cove.

• Main Speakers: Two (2) Permanently-flown OAP Q-2500 SP units; Two (2) additional gound-based RCF Evox 12 units when needed

• Monitor Mixes (When mixed from FOH): Four speakON-driven, bi-amped monitor mixes; can configure up to 8 monitor mixes when mixed from FOH.
• Monitor Mixes (When mixed from monitor console): 16 mixes; compatible with AES50 or P16 personal monitors such as the Behringer P16 system (not provided by venue).
• Mic-level Inputs: Twelve (12) inputs in down stage left wall panel; twelve (12) inputs in down stage right wall panel; Four (4) inputs in down stage right floor pockets; Four (4) inputs on stage lip, down center stage.

LCD projector fed from balcony-level control booth with upstage, mechanically-operated rolldown screen. No connection to projector from stage.

Hospitality

The Center has two private dressing rooms plus a large women’s and a large men’s dressing rooms. The large dressing rooms include restrooms, while each private dressing room includes a full bath with a tub-shower.

Additional Performance and Event Spaces

In addition to the Flint Hall, the Falany Performing Arts Center makes use of the Ken White Atrium for smaller events. The University Theater provides a creative and multiuse space for students in the theatre and music theatre programs.
