Please take note of these suggestions to help enhance your experience at the Falany Performing Arts Center:
Arrive Early: Please arrive between 15-20 minutes prior to the start time of the event. This will allow for all of our guest to comfortably find their seats prior to the start of the show.
If You Are Late: Please remain in the lobby until the ushers come out to help escort you to your seats. For some sold out shows, guests might be seated in the back until time allows for them to move forward.
If You Cannot Attend the Event: Please notify the box office. This will allow for an accurate count of guests; and, for those sold out shows, might allow for a School of Music student to fill your seat.
Attire: Due to the nature of our concert venue, our concert hall stays at a temperature between 68*-72*. Guests who are cold natured are encouraged to bring a sweater with them. While we do not have a strict dress code, we do ask concert goers to please be respectful of those around them. Guests are asked to remove hats while in the building.
Refreshments: The Concert Hall has a "No Food/Drink" policy. All refreshments are to be served in the Atrium and we ask that you dispose of your refreshments prior to entering the Concert Hall.
Children: Children are our future! We welcome children to all events at the Falany Performing Arts Center. Should your child become restless, you are encouraged to exit the Concert Hall and listen to the event in the Atrium, where you'll find comfortable seating, until your child is ready to re-enter the Concert Hall.
Photography/Recording: Please no photography or recording of events unless prior permission is given by the artists.
Courtesies: Please remain respectful and courteous to all other guests. Please do not wear an overabundance or cologne/perfume, do not lean heads together as it might block the views of others, and please remove all hats.
We look forward to having you as our guest at the Falany Performing Arts Center!
Staff of the Falany Performing Arts Center might ask guests to relocate or exit the concert hall for any disturbances.
