Reinhardt College Leadership Academy
The Reinhardt College Leadership Academy (RCLA) was founded to provide leadership development programs and opportunities for all students at Reinhardt College. Because it focuses on student leadership development, the Leadership Academy is unique and integrated program designed to help students identify and develop abilities that are essential for effective citizenship, advocacy, and leadership.
This year, the Reinhardt College Leadership Academy is hosting a leadership conference: Wii Lead. Students are nominated by faculty and staff and attend this half day conference. All enrolled students are eligible to attend. We hope to see you in 2010!
Why should you be a part of RCLA?
- You will meet new people and learn how to communicate effectively.
- You will obtain useful skills to use in class, home, and at work.
- You will look favorable to future employers who look for campus involvement on your resume, especially leadership involvement.
- You will be more satisfied with your Reinhardt College experience.
- You will leave your legacy at Reinhardt by becoming involved in leadership positions.
The Leadership Academy follows the Servant Leadership model and teaches students to:
- Envision a compelling future
- Enlist others in collaboration and service
- Embody principles people will believe in
- Empower others with trust and shared responsibility
- Evaluate their ethics, performance, and direction
- Encourage their collaborators to grow and contribute
