Organizational Management and Leadership (OML)
Reinhardt's Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organizational Management and Leadership is a degree completion program. Its focus is on producing men and women who are prepared to be effective leaders in the workplace.
The 48 credit hours emphasize best practices in business, communications, cultural diversity, problem-solving, ethics and law. Each learning module contains traditional classroom learning, online options and a deliverable applied project.
Cohorts begin in the fall and spring semesters at the North Fulton Center of Reinhardt College, as well as in other locations, as needed.
If you have obtained an associate degree from a local area technical college, you may be able to enter the ORL program as a transfer student.
