Beware! Only the brave should enter! If you want skills for a great future and career and REALLY want to succeed, then Reinhardt's Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sociology is right for you.
Mentoring Relationships with Faculty
You will have genuine mentoring relationships with our faculty. You will apply what you learn and visit real world places like prisons and, believe it or not, movie theaters and sociological conferences. If you want a college education as well as a college degree, check us out. You will end up with more than you thought possible.
Our department ranks in the top 20 percent in the country in national sociology exams. So, unless you live as a hermit with no human contact, you need the skills of human involvement to be good leaders and managers. We want to help get you there, and we think we do a good job at it. Just ask our graduates
Reinhardt's sociology degree offers three areas of emphasis or concentrations. The main sociology courses are the same, but each concentration offers a slightly different mix of required major courses which allows you to examine one area of sociology in more depth:
- Criminology/Criminal Justice
- Family Studies
- Cultural Diversity
