She has worked at Reinhardt since August of 2008.  She has more than 10 years of business and teaching experience.

Dr. Katherine "Kathy" Hyatt enjoys teaching business, management, leadership and personal finance.

Research Interests

leadership, organizational behavior, business ethics and personal finance

Reinhardt Activities

She is a very active professor and works closely with Reinhardt's award-winning Students in Free Enterprise chapter.  She has also been a very active member of the University's "Year of" program and she hosts an annual visit program for high school and technical college business educators.  She also coordinates the business school internship program and coordinates the annual lecture and ethics essay content sponsored by the Knox Foundation for Ethics.
