Two Cherokee County residents recently joined the staff of Reinhardt College's Admissions Office. Daniel Audia '08, a resident of Woodstock, Ga., and Mark Caruso, a resident of Waleska, Ga., now serve the College as admissions counselors.
"We are extremely excited to have Mark and Dan join the admissions staff," said Julie Fleming, director of admissions. "Mark brings experience as an admissions counselor to our office, and we look forward to his new ideas. Dan is a wonderful example of a Reinhardt graduate. He was very active on campus as a student and can share his experience with prospective students."
Daniel Audia '08
Audia graduated magna cum laude from Reinhardt in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Spanish. He attended Sequoyah High School from where he graduated in 2002.
"I feel strongly that I will be able to represent Reinhardt well," explained Audia. "I share the common outlook of the Reinhardt community in that ‘how you live your life is even more important than what you do for a living.' I hope to pass this principle on to every prospective student seeking to prepare for a fulfilling career and life after college."
Caruso is a 2008 graduate of Brewton-Parker College and spent the last two years as an Admissions Counselor for the school.
"I believe that Reinhardt offers an educationally-rich environment for students to grow not just intellectually but also as individuals," said Caruso. "I am excited to be joining a team of recruiters who have such a passion for the College and what they do."
"They are both going to be great assets to our office," Fleming said. "We look forward to the contributions they will bring to recruiting students to Reinhardt."
