Festivities include The Miss Reinhardt Competition, Fall Festival, Talent Show and much more.

We hope you will join us for a time of fun, fellowship and good food!

Friday, October 21

7 p.m.-9 p.m.  Miss Reinhardt Competition, Falany Performing Arts Center

The competition is open to young women who are full-time Reinhardt students in their sophomore, junior or senior year. Contestants compete in academic excellence, commitment to community, talent, interview and evening gown categories. Miss Reinhardt will represent the University at a variety of events in and around north Georgia. This year's competition benefits Autism Speaks. 

Saturday, October 22

10 - 11 a.m. Alumni Registration

Stop by the Alumni check-in table just off Baxter Avenue near the Hasty Student Life Center to receive your meal ticket and information on all the festive activities for the day. Remember: Dress casual - we are here to have fun!  RSVPs are not required but are much appreciated. RSVP here >

10 a.m. Alumni Soccer Reunion Game Jim and Syble Boring Sports Complex

11 a.m.-2 p.m.  Free Varsity Lunch, Hasty Student Life Center Plaza

"What'll ya ha-ave?" The Varsity will be on hand to provide a picnic lunch for attendees, who can receive a meal ticket upon checking in at the Student/Family Hospitality Tent or the Alumni Registration table. Students, faculty, staff, alumni, and their family members will eat for free. 

11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Fall Festival, Hasty Student Life Center Plaza

Music! Inflatable Attractions! Carnival Games!  Reinhardt students work hard; they also play hard. The Fall Festival offers Reinhardt students, alumni, and their families fun-filled activities. Plenty of opportunities to frolic the young and young-at-heart.

12 noon Meet the Coaches, Bannister Glasshouse in the Hasty Student Life Center

Meet the Coaches of our 17, yes 17, collegiate sports including our newest addition Football - to begin practice in 2012 and competition in Fall 2013!

1 p.m. Women’s Soccer Game, Soccer field, Boring Sports Complex

Don't miss the women's soccer game against Columbia College.

1 p.m. Eagle Statue Dedication, Donor Plaza 

The Eagle Has Landed! Join us at the Donor Plaza -- near the Bratton Carillon (Bell Tower) -- for the dedication of our long awaited Eagle Statue. A tradition in the making representing the pride felt by students, staff, faculty and alumni of RU!

2 p.m. Silver Anniversary: Class of 1982 Reunion, Bannister Glasshouse in the Hasty Student Life Center

 

Has it really been 25 years since you left Reinhardt? Come spring of 2012 it's official, but we are going to celebrate a little early. Please join us in the  Bannister Glasshouse in the Hasty Student Life Center as we visit with old friends, tour campus and present each class member with a Reinhardt University Silver Medallion recognizing your 25 year Anniversary.

 

3 p.m. Men’s Soccer Game, Soccer field, Boring Sports Complex

 

Don't miss the men's soccer game against Virginia Intermont College.

3 p.m. & 5 p.m. Womens Softball Breast Cancer Awareness Games, Boring Sports Complex

Come out and support your Lady Eagles Softball Team as they take on East Georgia College for their 4th annual Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraiser Games!  All of the money that is raised will be donated to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Greater Atlanta Affiliate.

 

5 p.m.-6:30 p.m.  Dinner, Gordy Center

 

Family members are invited to enjoy their student's dining experience. There will be a small charge for all family members and guests who are not on a meal plan.

 

7 p.m.-9 p.m. Student Talent Show, Falany Performing Arts Center

 

Enjoy an evening of entertainment at the Student Talent Show! Whether your student performs or not, you are sure to take pleasure in this popular event. Because seating is limited in the Concert Hall of the Falany Performing Arts Center, we recommend that you arrive early as seating is on a first come, first serve basis.
