Benefits of a Cohort Program WAIT is a cohort program. You will begin classes with a group of people and move through your schedule of classes to graduation with that same group of people. Because you will work closely with these people, you will form bonds with your classmates and learn a great deal from them, as well. The camaraderie formed in a cohort is a real source of encouragement and support. You will also have the opportunity to work in groups and develop your collaboration and teamwork skills. The first cohort began classes in January 2008. A second cohort is being planned. |
