Nancy CarterAssistant Professor of Early Childhood Education ntc@reinhardt.edu Office Phone: (770) 720-5948 Office: 317 Tarpley Profile Ms. Carter earned her undergraduate degree in education from Oglethorpe University. Receiving her master's and specialist's degrees in early childhood education from Georgia State University, she was previously employed in the Fulton County School System for 30 years as a classroom teacher, curriculum support teacher, and K-12 reading specialist. Ms. Carter has held the position of PSOE Early Childhood Coordinator for the past six years. She presently teaches upper level education courses that address differentiated instruction and assessment, ESOL literacy instruction, and the integration of Social Studies and Language Arts curriculum.
