Reinhardt University began collecting shoes in August 2010 and finished their collection on November 30. Reinhardt senior and SIFE president Jessica Reagin served as project manager. SIFE coordinated with the North Fulton Reinhardt campus to collect shoes, Wesley United Methodist church, Waleska Dollar General, students, faculty, staff, and locals in the community also made donations. A total of 1,298 shoes were collected during the campaign. Our club also sold new flip flops to be sent to hot climates around the world. Soles4Souls distributes shoes to those in need all over the world. Many children who receive shoes from this organization in foreign countries have never owned a pair of shoes.
