Profile
Ms. Carter earned her undergraduate degree in education from Oglethorpe University.  Receiving her master's and specialist's degrees in early childhood education from Georgia State University, she was previously employed in the Fulton County School System for 30 years as a classroom teacher, curriculum support specialist, and K-12 reading specialist. Ms. Carter holds the position of PSOE Director of Graduate Studies and Assessment.  She presently teaches graduate level education courses that address responsive teaching through the planning, implementation, and evaluation of differentiated instruction and assessment.
