The Business Office of Reinhardt College is dedicated to serving the mission, values and procedures established by the College. Major services provided by the department include:
- Sending out bills for tuition and fees
- Collecting and processing student payments
- Distributing student work checks
- Paying College bills
- Preparing financial reports
- Managing College-owned property
- Preparing for financial audits
- Managing the College's endowment funds
- Working with vendors and banks

The Business Office is on the main floor of the Burgess Administration Building

When classes are in session:
- Monday & Tuesday..........................8:30am - 6:00pm
- Wednesday, Thursday & Friday........8:30am - 5:00pm
When classes are not in session:
- Monday through Friday.....................8:30am - 5:00pm
