The Office of Counseling and Career Services provides career
development counseling to Reinhardt students — to those with
immediate needs and/or to those with long-term plans. Individual
and small group programs help teach career decision-making,
training plan formation and job-search strategies. These
services are built around a cyclical model of personal
self-assessment, career options, decision implementations and
re-evaluation.
This process continues as personal
growth or situational factors change. Individual assessment and interpretation, workshops,
job fairs and the career library are some of the resources and services
offered. The
Office also promotes the use of computer resources such as the Georgia
Career Information System and JobTrak for job search information and resume
referral. |
