Administrative Coordinator

Department:  Alumni/Development

Reports to:  Directors of Alumni and Development                                 

Job Description: 

The primary responsibility for this position is to provide diversified administrative and clerical support for the Directors of Alumni and Development.

Responsibilities: 

  • Direct mail and events coordination
  • Gift and data processing
  • Office coordination

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, communication, marketing or other applicable area of study required.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with emphasis in MS Excel and MS Word is required.  Raiser's Edge and Jenzabar software proficiency preferred.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

Salary is commensurate with level of experience.  EOE.
