Director of Development 

Department: Development

Reports to:  Vice President for Institutional Advancement and External Affairs                             

Job Description:  The primary responsibility for this position is fund raising. Cultivation and solicitation for new and additional gifts from all constituents of the College community is essential.  A familiarity with Metro-Atlanta fund raising opportunities is preferred.  The Director also supervises other employees within the Development Department.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

• Bachelor's degree and two years fund raising experience is required.
• Excellent writing and communication skills are necessary.
• Outstanding inter-personal skills are essential.

Salary is commensurate with level of experience.  EOE.
