Admissions Campus Visit Coordinator

Reinhardt University's Office of Admission is seeking an Admissions Campus Visit Coordinator to add to our staff at our main campus in Waleska, GA.

The Admissions Campus Visit Coordinator is a key member of the Admissions staff and reports directly to the Director of Admissions.  The Office of Admission is a very fast-paced, high-energy environment that strives to meet the demands of a dynamic, growing institution.  Our Campus Visit Coordinator must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to change quickly.  Additionally, this person must have excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to details.  The Admissions Campus Visit Coordinator must be creative, service-minded, and focused on providing an engaging and memorable experience for Reinhardt’s guests.  Primary responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of the campus visit for weekday visits as well as all admissions open house events.  The successful candidate will:

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree. This individual will represent Reinhardt through interactions with prospective students and their families, faculty, administrators, staff, alumni, and current students.  A professional demeanor and excellent relational and customer service skills are required.  Experience with Jenzabar EX and SalesForce or another CRM is a plus.  Two to three years related professional work experience is preferred.  Due to the nature of the work, occasional weekend and evening hours are required beyond normal work hours. Candidate must successfully pass a background check.
