The average freshman class has 15 students and a professor. The largest classroom at Reinhardt seats 40 students so you won't be assigned to large auditorium-style classes. Our faculty/staff ratio is 1:13. Back to Top
What is the male to female ratio?
We have just a few more girls than guys here. We're 42% male; 58% female.
Reinhardt has more than 40 clubs and organizations, plus intercollegiate sports, service projects, intramurals, an amazing number of special programs like comedians and concerts, and annual events like dances and Halloween costume ball and trick or treating for the community...just to name a few. You may find yourself having to pick and choose your activities because there's so much going on.

Almost 25% of Reinhardt students play an intercollegiate sport. We compete in the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (except where noted below) and play exciting and competitive teams from schools like Covenant College, Tennessee Wesleyan College and Union College.
Reinhardt intercollegiate sports include:
men's and women's basketball
men's and women's soccer
men's and women's cross country
men's and women's golf
men's and women's tennis
men's and women's lacrosse (compete as part of Southeastern Lacrosse Conference Southwest Division)
men's baseball
women's volleyball
women's softball
men's football - (compete as a member of the Mid-South conference)
Co-ed cheerleading is also offered.
If you're interested in playing a sport, but not on the intercollegiate level, be sure to check out intramurals.
We also have lots of opportunities to stay fit including weekday fitness classes, a fitness area, and on-campus trails for biking and hiking.

Georgia Professional Standards Commission. Reinhardt University's Price School of Education is approved by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission to offer programs of certification in Early Childhood Education, Middle Grades Education, secondary English/Language Arts Education, secondary Biology Education, secondary Mathematics Education and Music Education.
The University Senate of the United Methodist Church has approved Reinhardt University to be listed as a United Methodist-affiliated institution.
I missed all the scheduled admissions events, and I'm a high school senior interested in Reinhardt. How can I see the campus?
We run campus tours all year round - every weekday - Monday through Friday - at 11 a.m. or 3 p.m. These tours are great opportunities for you and your parents to see the campus and get all your questions answered! Please call the admissions office or make an online reservation, if possible.
