Service is a fundamental component of the Reinhardt University mission. In support of that mission, the Office of Student Activities in collaboration with the Office of the Chaplain coordinates many of service opportunities that help foster students' civic responsibility and personal growth which allow them to become agents for change. The Office of Student Activities, through its Philanthropy Program, serves as a “hub” or gateway to many service opportunities. The Philanthropy Program helps Reinhardt students, faculty, and staff develop service opportunities within our North Georgia community.
Hospice volunteers have many reasons for giving their time. Some are looking for a fulfilling way to develop and grow personally. Others have been helped by hospice in their families and want to give back. Still others simply want to help improve the lives of members of their community. Whatever the reason, as a hospice volunteer, you will gain great personal satisfaction from knowing that you have made a difference in another person’s life. For more information on how you can become a hospice volunteer, please email or call the Manager of Volunteer Services, at Jenaila.firstname.lastname@example.org or 770.383.3565 to choose your volunteer role today.
