Donald D. Wilson, Ph.D., has worked for more than 40 years to help create better businesses by creating better employees. As he teaches marketing, management and leadership courses in Reinhardt's  graduate and undergraduate business classes, he provides students with the knowledge and skills required to advance them and their companies or organizations. 

Dr. Wilson states that his students, especially recipients of the Organizational Leadership Degree, "now understand the language of their business and can make valuable contributions to financial and marketing decisions being made.

With a doctorate in business administration and extensive consulting experience with a wide array of organizations, Wilson understands the value of a quality education to employers and employees alike.  "It does not take a great deal of time to create better employees, only the right classes, teachers and staff. It only takes Reinhardt!"
