Development Plan (PPDP) |
By developing a Personal and Professional
Development Plan (PPDP), you will have the opportunity to
integrate your graduate studies into a plan for development that
reaches beyond graduation.
As you acquire knowledge and experiences, you will be invited to
answer questions. You will also be asked to reflect on how
what you have learned can and should impact the type of person
and professional you want to be.
In addition to questions and personal reflection, the Faculty
Cohort Advisors will facilitate a workshop on how to define your
goals, strategies and benchmarks to make your development plan
practical and useful. These workshops occur every Practicum
session, and they will include the presentation and use of
tested models in plan development.
