10/23/01 - Reinhardt Opens Its Doors to Community Trick-or-Treaters on Halloween

Reinhardt dorms will become fantasy lands on Wednesday, October 31, as students decorate their halls in preparation for the annual Community Trick-or-Treat hosted by the Residential Life Team at Reinhardt. The dorms will open their doors from 5-7 p.m., and everyone is invited to tour the campus and get some treats along with some tricks!

The tour begins in the lobby of Smith-Johnston Hall on the College's main campus in Waleska, and winds through each of the five dorms. Students will decorate their halls for the occasion and some themes already include "Santa in Christmas Land", "The Jungle" and "Angels on our Heavenly Hall". Parents and children will receive maps for each of the dorms, and parents are encouraged to bring their cameras for pictures with the famous Chick-Fil-A Cow, who will be giving away gift cards for free kids meals. There will also be visits from some favorite cartoon friends. Here's a hint: one's a bear with a penchant for honey and another is his jumpy friend!
