Advantage Program in
Organizational Leadership at Reinhardt College
The focus of the Advantage Program in
Organizational Leadership is on producing men and women who are prepared to be effective leaders
in the workplace. The Advantage Program in Organizational Leadership
is the first degree completion program developed at Reinhardt
and it has been used as a model for the College's Public Safety
Leadership Program. Graduates earn a Bachelor of Arts in
Organizational Leadership.
It includes 48 credit hours of coursework leading to a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership. All
students will
take the five courses required of all Organizational Leadership
graduates.
