Registration Instructions:

The Reinhardt
College Summer and Fall 2008 Course Schedule will be available online beginning
March 12, 2008.
 To access the Course
Schedules:
Log on to
www.reinhardt.edu
Select “course offerings” from the Quick Links (top right)
If you are not a current student
or do not have your ID and PIN numbers, you may log on as a
guest. To log on as a guest, simply click on the Login
button without entering any ID or PIN information. This will
give you access to all information regarding courses being
offered at Reinhardt.
If you have forgotten your PIN
number, you may contact the Information Technology
Department at x5555 or 770-720-5555.
When you successfully log in, the
screen will display a Welcome message, which includes your first
name, along with information about the current session and
options available to you.
If you are using the “Guest” login ID,
you may view the course search or faculty roster (white links
under the grey academic tab on upper left).
Remember to check the
“selected term” when searching or registering for courses.
Under the headings:
You may check you current course schedules.
You may register for classes. You
will do this through the course search. You may view all courses
by clicking the “search” button or define your search by:

Days classes are offered - ex.
If you only wish to take MWF classes, select these days
-
Times classes are offered – ex.
Not a morning person? Select afternoon times only
-
Department
-
Course level
-
Course description – this would
not be “accounting” but “principles of accounting”
Once courses have been displayed, you may retrieve
additional information about the course, or the instructor,
by clicking on the areas of the page denoted as links (blue
lettering).
You may check your posted grades.
You may check your personal information, which includes
biographical data. If you should discover errors in this data,
please contact the Office of Records, Registration, and
Advisement.
ALWAYS REMEMBER TO LOG OUT
If you have any problems with Web Registration, please contact
the Office of Records, Registration and Advisement at
770-720-5534. For pin number inquiries you may contact the IT
Department at 770-720-5555.
Note: You must be advised by your
advisor before you may register for classes.
Account
Hold Codes
If your account has holds placed against it, they must be resolved
before you may register for classes. Here is a list of the most common
account holds:

AD - Admissions Office x5526 or x5914

AV - Academic Advising - You must be advised by
your advisor to clear this hold.

BU - Business Office x5520 or x5918
-
RE - Records, Registration and
Advisement's Office x5534
-
SV - Advisor Survey - You must
complete the online Advisor Survey to clear this
hold
