Reinhardt University 2015 10 Under 10
Reinhardt University Alumni are active in many communities throughout the world. Each year, Reinhardt recognizes distinguished alumni who exemplify the mission of our institution. The 10 under 10 award is given to a group of alumni who graduated within the last 10 years and are successful in business, the military, nonprofits, government, ministry and/or the arts. Their pictures hang in the Student Center as a reminder of how Reinhardt alumni make a difference!

Cody Baker '06
Cody graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2006. After graduation, he completed his license as a private and commercial helicopter pilot. He earned his instrument rating and is also a flight instructor. He is currently the Chief Helicopter Pilot for D.R. Horton, the largest construction company in the United States. When Cody is not flying executives around the Southeast, he drafts house plans for D.R. Horton. Cody volunteers his piloting talents for relief and mission efforts around the world and is a board member of Air Calvary.
Cody is also a member of Reinhardt’s Love Bird Club, meeting and marrying Reinhardt alumna, Andi Henry Baker ’04. They have two children in the Baby Eagle Club, three-year-old Landyn and one-year-old Ephraim.

Courtney Byrd '11
Courtney graduated with honors in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. She then moved to Atlanta to pursue a career in the marketing field. Her first position as a Digital Account Manager gave her the opportunity to relocate to New York City, New York, in 2013. Courtney works with various brands and companies in the luxury, food & beverage, technology, and real estate industries. She is currently the Associate Interactive Producer at Publicis Kaplan Thaler, the 5th largest advertising agency in New York City.
In Courtney’s free time, she enjoys reading history-based books, spending time with friends and family, working out and cooking.

Will Cody '08
Will graduated from Reinhardt University cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History and an English minor in 2008. Will received the Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship and chose the University of Edinburgh to pursue a Master of Science in International & European Politics. After finishing his graduate degree, he moved to Bangkok, Thailand, to work with UNESCO's Education, Policy and Reform unit, which helps advise policy work within Southeast Asia. Will then changed jobs to an IB World School where he could use his talents to drive whole-school projects.
While working full-time, Will followed another passion and earned a Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) via correspondence at the University of Nottingham and an Advanced Teaching Practicum (ATP) from Keele University. He then seized the opportunity to teach and manage in various school settings. After three years in Thailand, Will joined Braeburn School in Nairobi, Kenya, as the Head of the Literacy department. Recently Will moved to the San Francisco bay area, where he serves as an education consultant to aspiring university students.

Anna Edenfield '10
Anna graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2010. In June of 2010, she was hired by The Home Depot as an Inventory Planning and Replenishment Analyst where she manages more than 165 products. She is responsible for approximately $500 million in inventory across 1,400 stores for the Riding Mowers Department, which includes Riders, Z-turns, parts, accessories, attachments and utility vehicles. Anna works collaboratively with merchandising, demand planning, finance, logistics, transportation, field leadership and suppliers to make and manage purchasing decisions that maximize profits and productivity on core products within stores.
Due to the scope of her responsibilities, Anna was given a rare in-seat promotion to Senior Inventory Planning and Replenishment Analyst in August of 2012. Her job responsibilities remain the same, but she has been assigned more projects and group leads. As she continues to expand her knowledge base, Anna hopes to be promoted to Inventory Planning and Replenishment Manager in the coming years.

Elizabeth Gibson '10
Elizabeth graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Music in Sacred Music. After graduation, she was accepted into the dual Pharm.D./Ph.D. program at Mercer University in Atlanta. In August 2011, Elizabeth transferred to a degree partnership program to obtain her Pharm.D. from Lipscomb University and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Elizabeth published two research articles in peer reviewed journals in 2013. As a result of her research, she traveled to San Diego, California to present her paper on “Generation and Characterization of Topoisomerase IIa mutants,” at the 2014 Experimental Biology Conference.
Elizabeth was selected as an American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) Walmart Scholar in April 2014. Upon completing her Pharm.D degree in May 2015, Elizabeth continues her research at Vanderbilt where she is working with the topoisomerase II enzyme and its relation to cancer, cancer treatment, and the development of secondary cancers. She also serves as the music director and organist at Woodmont Bible Church in Nashville.

Jeff Holt '05
Jeff earned dual undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Sport Studies from Reinhardt University in 2005. He received his Juris Doctor (J.D.), summa cum laude, from the Georgia State University College of Law, where he was also Business Editor of the Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. Jeff has written extensively on a variety of legal topics, including admiralty law, recent Georgia charter schools legislation, and constitutional interpretation. As a business lawyer at Burr & Forman LLP in Atlanta, his practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, and general corporate governance issues.
Before attending law school, Jeff served as the Executive Director of the Atlanta Junior Golf Association, a nonprofit organization founded in 1974 that organizes golf tournaments and provides golf education for children ages 7-18. He and his wife, Lana, live in Fayetteville, Georgia, and they have two sons, two-year-old Tucker and one-year-old Connor.

Emeka Ngonadi '05
Emeka, a native of Anambra State, Nigeria, moved to the United States in 1997. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in information systems in 2005. Five months after his graduation, while working for a start-up company, he landed a job as an Information Systems Implementation Specialist for Hewlett Packard in the Washington, D.C. area. Emeka was quickly promoted to a project manager after overseeing the implementation of more than 9,000 government employees on a proprietary travel system. Following this accomplishment, he continued to manage and deliver on large and high visibility projects such as the launch of the “Jason 3” Satellite at NOAA, the implementation of the Integrated Electronic Health Record (a presidential mandate), and the infrastructure and operational transformation for Exelon Corporation. He is now Manager at KPMG US.
In 2013, Emeka earned a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology and Information Systems Technology Management at George Washington University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional. He is currently working on a Master of Computer Science.

Jim Mroczko '11
Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management and Leadership in 2011. He is now the president of SERV International, a faith-based nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization with operations in Kenya, the Dominican Republic and the United States. As President, Jim is responsible for leading SERV International by overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing an international staff, and operating an orphanage in Kenya. James implements strategies to carry out the mission, vision and direction of the organization.
James has a long history of helping organizations fulfill their goals with more than 25 years of business management experience in healthcare IT with a concentration in strategic and organizational leadership. James and his wife, Debbie, enjoy life with their three children. He is also a backpacking enthusiast and enjoys spending time outside.

Mimi Rohlfs '04
Mimi completed her Associate of Science in Pre-Nursing in 2004. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University in 2005 and then a Master of Science in Nursing Education from South University in 2008. Since 2006 she has worked her way up the ranks to hold her current position as a Shift Nurse Manager on the cardiac floor at Saint Joseph’s Hospital. Additionally, Mimi is a Clinical Instructor of Nursing for Kennesaw State University. Mimi states, “My education allows me to be a positive influence in people’s lives on a daily basis.”
While at Reinhardt Mimi took music and voice classes which fueled a love for singing. She enjoys singing in her church choir and ensemble at Summit Baptist Church. She also volunteers as the first aid nurse for her church’s community events. During her free time she loves to cheer on her favorite team, the Atlanta Braves.

Christopher Williams '10
Christopher graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors in 2010. Since graduation, Christopher has been very busy. He worked for the Georgia World Congress Center Authority for a year as an intern. In 2012, he started his own business, Williams Enterprises, which specializes in business plan writing and business coaching. Since the start of his business, Christopher has worked with two nonprofit organizations, created a business plan for an upscale restaurant, and helped increase sales for a small business. Christopher also works for State Farm Insurance as a team lead in initial loss reporting.
As an undergraduate, Christopher was selected to represent Reinhardt at a foreign policy conference for the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) in Washington. D.C.; he still supports the organization today. Christopher truly lives each day by his business slogans, “All things are possible to those that believe,” and “Every moment of your life should be used to make history.” Christopher is a native of Decatur, Georgia.
