Women’s History Month 2018

Reinhardt University’s Women’s History Month observance lasts the entire month of March and features spiritual events, film screenings and a social media campaign.

Nevertheless she Persisted Appreciation, Monday March 5th, Glasshouse 11am-2pm

The theme of 2018’s women’s history month is Nevertheless she persisted.  Today we honor those women in our life that have persisted, and have made us who we are today.  Join us in the Glasshouse as we write out thank you cards to these important figures.  The Office of Student Activities will then provide postage and mail your thank you. 

Battle of the Sexes Game Night, Tuesday March 13th, Hasty Recreation room 9pm

This epic battle has raged since humans have walked the earth - who knows more about the opposite sex? Do you have what it takes to show off your sexes superiority? Get ready to have some fun by joining staff of Reinhardt Central to play BATTLE OF THE SEXES! Let the battle begin!

Eagle Cinema-Hidden figures Movie Night, Wednesday March 14th, Glasshouse 8pm

Join the Student Activities Council for a relaxing movie night complete with snacks.  We will be showing Hidden Figures. This movie showcases the story of a team of female African-American mathematicians who served a vital role in NASA during the early years of the U.S. space program.

Special Common Ground, Tuesday March 20th, Glasshouse 7pm

Join the common ground worship team as women heroes of the bible are discussed and celebrated!
