Jeff Bishop is the Director of the Funk Heritage Center of Reinhardt University. He is available to speak to your organization's members concerning the Heritage Center located in Cherokee County. Or your members may be interested in learning about the Cherokee Removal and the 1838 Trail of Tears. In addition, he can present a program about the Cherokee Hickory Log District which is now downtown Canton.

Bishop is author of books about Cherokee history and was the president of the Georgia Chapter of the Trail of Tears Association for many years.
