Dear Future Eagles Club Members,

Throughout my career I have seen over and over again the positive effect that athletics has on young people. Intangibles such as sportsmanship, work ethic, discipline, leadership, and respect are learned and re-enforced daily in athletics, and these traits serve student-athletes well as citizens when their respective sports careers are over.

As a member of the RU Eagles Club, your contribution goes directly toward enhancing the collegiate athletic experiences of Reinhardt University student-athletes. Your tax deductible gift makes a big difference in the collegiate careers of these young people, and helps insure steady growth within the RU Department of Athletics.

I ask that you please consider joining the Eagles Club at the level that is right for you. We need you, and you will be making a difference.

Sincerely,

Bill Popp

To meet the challenge of creating a more vibrant campus, as well as enhance campus and community partnership, Reinhardt University has committed to launch the “Light the ‘Hardt” campaign to support the purchase, installation, and maintenance of lights for Ken White Field. This project will service the Reinhardt University Stadium which will allow our Football, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, and Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse teams to practice and play at night.

“The RESPY Awards are a fantastic way to celebrate the season accomplishments of each individual athlete and team here at Reinhardt University," Vice President for Athletics Bill Popp said. "This is a great event that enhances the student-athlete experience here, but also gives the student-athletes a chance to be recognized not only in front of their peers, but in front of the Reinhardt community as well.”

The Ceremony will be held on Thursday, Aug. 30, 2018 at the James & Sis Brown Athletic Center. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the program starting at 6:30 p.m.

From Coach Miller…

Reinhardt University football is trending upward this summer as we prepare for another exciting season at home on Ken White Field and away. But before the players hit the competition field, they are helping their program raise money for everything from uniforms to lights on the stadium field.

On-and-off the field our players are dedicated to accomplishing team goals. As coaches, we are especially proud of our team’s academic honors including a team Grade Point Average that exceeded 3.0 for the first-time in the short life of our program!

Your gift now makes our continuing growth possible and what promises to be an exhilarating fourth season of competition play. Thank you for giving to make our growth and success possible.

Please make a generous contribution today and help us achieve another successful season both on and off the field. Again, thank you so very much for your support.

Thank You for Supporting Reinhardt Eagle Women's Soccer

Give to Women's Soccer Here

At Reinhardt University, our goal every year is to run a First Class Program. To do that, we need your help. Our funding from the University covers all of the basics. However, we would like to do something truly extraordinary during pre-season that is not covered by our budget. This fundraiser will help us to pay for a Navy Seal Team Building seminar at our school. This seminar will give our student-athletes the best opportunity to succeed and provide a character shaping experience that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. Through generous donations last year, we were able to complete the Navy SEAL team building for the first time. This program was a major factor in the 2015 team having our best season in school history. The Lady Eagles Soccer Program is asking for your assistance to help make this possible. Any donation is greatly appreciated and a receipt will be issued for your support and for your tax deduction.

A Message from Head Coach Andy Kaplan...

As the Head Coach of the Reinhardt women's soccer program, I am very excited about the 2016 season. My staff and I are hard at work each day planning, training and preparing our student athletes for the rigors we face in the upcoming year and we need your financial support to help make this possible. The Lady Eagles soccer team has won our conference and made the National Tournament 4 times in the last 5 years. Our history-making 2015 season ended with the program's first-ever ranking in the NAIA Top 25. RU earned a No. 25 ranking in the Postseason Poll.

We want to host a Navy Seal team building seminar at our school that will focus on key points to help our players grow as a team. I believe this program will be life changing for all of the girls as individuals and enable our team to make a run at a National Championship. These key fundamentals of the training are going to help develop our players and give them the insight from actual Navy Seals and their experiences. The training is scheduled to be held on our campus in August and will consist of several key elements including

FUNDAMENTALS OF WINNING

  • Teamwork
  • Leadership
  • Communication
  • Failure Analyzation
  • Desire to Win. vs. Hope

The goals we hope to accomplish as players, coaches, and a program take vision, commitment and resources. A portion of our program's funding continues to be generated from the players, their parents, and the support and generosity within the Lady Eagles community. This supporting cast is a critical part in the success of our program. This fundraiser will help us pay for the Navy Seal team building seminar for our players.

Along with my staff, I would like to personally thank everyone for supporting our program and invite each of you to a game this year.

Thank you for Supporting the Reinhardt Lady Eagles soccer team.

Coach Andy Kaplan
