Thanks to the incredible generosity of sponsors, participants, and supporters, the 37th Annual Dave Henritze Golf Classic raised more than 132,000 for scholarships. The University also extends gratitude to the Henritze committee team for driving educational opportunity, one swing at a time.
The spirited competition took place on May 6th, 2025, at the prestigious Capital City Club-Crabapple in Milton, Georgia. Master of Ceremonies Brad Jovaag remarked, “This event is more than a tournament—it is a tradition rooted in purpose. It brings together community, generosity, and opportunity in a way that transforms lives.”
This golf classic honors David Henritze (1923-2000) who served as a member of the Reinhardt University Board of Trustees. He believed in the power of education and the importance of giving back and established the event as a way to gather people around a cause that changes lives.
