Several authors from Reinhardt’s Master of Fine Arts in creative writing program will be participating in this weekend’s Canton Festival of the Arts in downtown Canton.

The festival will be held Saturday, May 21, and Sunday, May 22, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., in downtown Canton. The readings, during which MFA authors will participate, will be held at Canton City Hall, 151 Elizabeth St.

Dr. Donna Coffey Little will be moderating a panel with former Atlanta Police officer Trudy Nan Boyce, whose book, “Out of the Blues,” has been a best-seller, and Jon Jefferson, of the Jefferson Bass team that writes the Body Farm mysteries. The panel will be held at noon on Saturday.
