Register for a parking decal.

If you plan to have a car on campus, apply for a parking permit from the Office of Public Safety. Choose “Parking Permit” located in the left hand navigation.  If you plan to live on campus, you will need to have your housing assignment in order to register for your parking permit.

Complete Your Health History, HIPAA, and Meningitis forms.

Health History - Every new student is required to complete Reinhardt's Health History Form. This form provides the Student Health Center with health information required to comply with state and federal laws and assure quality health care for students while they are enrolled at Reinhardt. In addition, the Student Health Center requires proof of your immunization record against childhood diseases such as measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) and TB. Immunization information is required to be on file with the University Health Center for all students before the beginning of classes. Download your Health History Form and return it to the Office of Admission before or during Orientation. All students (both residential and commuters) must complete this form.

HIPAA - The HIPAA Privacy Rule provides federal protections for personal health information held by covered entities and gives patients an array of rights with respect to that information. At the same time, the Privacy Rule is balanced so that it permits the disclosure of personal health information needed for patient care and other important purposes.

Meningitis Form - State of Georgia Regulations require that all colleges/universities provide detailed information concerning the risks associated with Meningococcal Meningitis to all students residing in campus housing. Therefore, all Reinhardt University students residing in on-campus housing, including all residence halls and apartments, are required to submit a Meningococcal Vaccination Certification Form. Download your Meningococcal Vaccination Certification Form and return it to the Student Health Center before or during Orientation.

Visit Health Services to learn more and to access the health forms.

As part of Reinhardt’s comprehensive approach to alcohol education and sexual violence prevention, it is REQUIRED that all new incoming students complete targeted online wellness and prevention courses called “Sexual Assault Prevention Courses” and “AlcoholEdu.” At Reinhardt, we work hard to provide a safe and healthy community; our students play an important role in upholding those values. Our goal is to reduce the negative consequences of alcohol misuse and abuse on campus, as well as incidents of unwanted sexual behavior. You will receive instruction on how to login in July. To take these courses, you will need a computer with internet access and audio capabilities. If you do not have access to a personal computer, you can use any publicly available computer with internet access. To learn more about SAPU and AlcoholEdu visit and click on the “Traditional Student” box.

If necessary, complete the Voluntary Disclosure of Disability Form.

Reinhardt is committed to providing quality education for all of its students. If you have any needs that are a result of a disability, you may wish to request reasonable accommodations in order for you to be most successful. If you are a student with a disability, please download the Voluntary Disclosure of Disability Form and return it to the Academic Support Office. The information you provide will be released only to those offices responsible for providing assistance to students with disabilities. Disclosure is voluntary; however, all students seeking accommodations are responsible to provide the institution with appropriate, current documentation of the disabling condition and to request accommodations in a timely manner so that services can be in place for a semester.
