The Summer Housing Application is now available! Students can complete the application beginning on April 3 and the priority deadline is April 21.

As there are a limited number of spaces available for Summer Housing, students must apply for on-campus housing in advance, and room assignments will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis while space is available.

Summer Housing is available for 13 weeks and runs from May 7-August 6 and students will be placed in East Apartments. The cost for summer residency is $100 per week.

All summer residents must be registered Reinhardt students who are either enrolled in summer courses, completing a summer internship, working an off-campus job, working an on-campus job, or participating in a summer program offered by the University.

Please note that a standard meal plan is not available during the summer sessions, summer housing will be in the East apartments. All apartments are equipped with full kitchens. In the event Gordy Dining Center is open to host summer camps and conferences, meals can be purchased at the door.

Residents will have the opportunity to request roommates or one will be assigned from similar programs/activities accordingly.

Housing is limited in August as we prepare for a new academic year. Please note that if you are requesting to stay from August 1 – 11, 2023, you will need to be available to move into your fall assignment at any time during that period. Upon your fall assignment availability, you will be required to move within 24 hours. In rare cases, you may be required to move into a temporary room between summer and fall. There will be additional charges for this timeframe should you be allowed to stay.
