Criminal Justice – Online Associates

Reinhardt University’s online criminal justice program gives you the flexibility and opportunity to complete your studies anytime, anywhere.

Reinhardt has a foundation in the industry with an on-campus police academy that is certified by the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council. We are authorized to deliver the Basic Law Enforcement Training Course along with advanced, specialized, and in-service training. Because of our long-standing experience in this industry, we know that there is a growing need among law enforcement professionals to expand education in order to stay competitive and current in the field. We also know that professionals are busy with both their professional and personal obligations. As a result, we offer the flexibility to earn a associate of Criminal Justice degree, 100% online.

Designed for working adults, this 100% online program moves you through at a pace designed for someone with a full-time job but who wants to complete their degree in a timely fashion. Our courses are developed and taught by leaders in the criminal justice field. Not only do they provide you with current theory and practice, you will learn from their real-life experiences.

PROGRAM FORMAT

New students are accepted into the Associate of Science in Criminal Justice program every eight weeks. Each Fall and Spring semester consists of sixteen weeks and is divided into two eight-week sessions. Summer semester is 14 weeks and is divided into two seven-week sessions. Students will take two classes each session as a “Full-time” student for a total of four classes (12 semester credits) per semester.

The 60-Hour ACJ Degree Program can be completed in as little five semesters taking 12 credit hours per semester. Up to 30 semester hours of transfer credit can be applied to this degree program. Courses will be taught 100% online.

RHU101 is required in the first semester of enrollment and must be completed with a grade of “C” or better to remain enrolled in the program.
Textbooks are included in the cost of tuition but additional software purchases for select courses may apply.
Most MATH courses and BUS 150 require a purchase of software.
