Reinhardt offers more than a quality education for students – the University provides outside organizations the ability to host summer camps and conferences on campus.

Often referred to as a “University in a Park,” Reinhardt’s campus offers a variety of general and premier facilities to accommodate many kinds of summer programming, May 25-July 25.

“Watching groups of all ages enjoy the facilities and services of our campus was most rewarding in the summer of 2019,” said Jeanne Sevigny, director of residence life. “Reinhardt University is lucky to offer such great facilities and accommodations to the programs such as Youth Music & Arts, Running Club, worship services, basketball and volleyball camps, local churches and organizations, and local marching bands.”

Customized packages are available for summer camps and conferences. The “daytime” package offers facilities, along with set-up and breakdown services. The “overnight” package offers facilities, set-up and breakdown services, three meals a day and double occupancy housing.

Both packages include special services, such as staff assistance with key distribution at check-in/check-out, event management, scheduled meal blocks for timely transitions and trash bags in each room. Additional services are available upon request and may include a cost increase.
