Tuesday night brought the next graduating class of Reinhardt University’s Public Safety Institute Police Academy, celebrating the Class 20-002 graduates.

On Nov. 15, Reinhardt’s Public Safety Institute hosted a graduation ceremony for Class 20-002, completing their training in becoming law enforcement officers through the University’s Police Academy. Randy Reagan, an investigator for the Cherokee County District Attorney’s Office, served as the guest speaker for the evening.

Several graduates have already secured positions with Georgia law enforcement agencies. Deputy Sheriff Mason Yarbrough will continue at Reinhardt to finish his associate’s degree.

The Public Safety Institute provides an organization offering academic programs focused on developing organizational communication and leadership and an appreciation for organizational culture in the public safety arena.
