Diane Petty Cagle will bring her expertise to the Cartersville-Bartow Chamber of Commerce next week with a lunch and learn on “Mission, Values and Branding.”
The event will be held June 15 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce Anheuser-Busch Community Room in Cartersville, Georgia.
“I will be discussing the importance of having a mission and vision statement that truly represents, or brands, the company,” said Cagle. “I will also spend a little time on how to market the mission and vision of an organization.”
Cagle wants to help companies understand how a mission and vision statement plays a role in branding their organization.
“I hope participants gain knowledge about creating a mission and vision statement that becomes the foundation of who the company is and where the company is going.”
With this discussion, Cagle hopes her words will allow companies the ability to review their current branding methods.
“I anticipate that participants will be able to breakdown their current mission and vision statements to determine if the message is what it needs to be and, if not, revise or create a new message,” Cagle said.
Community Development Director of the Cartersville-Bartow Chamber Jessica Sewell said the purpose of the seminar series is to provide an educational piece to those with Chamber memberships.
“It is an added benefit of being a member of our Chamber,” said Sewell. “We hope that after each seminar that our attendees walk away with tools that will make their business more successful.”
