Summer break and graduation are just three weeks away, prompting Reinhardt students to seek employment opportunities. Dozens attended the University’s annual Career Connection Expo on April 7, 2026. There, they met with potential employers and learned about prospects to further their career and strengthen their résumés.
“The career fair is one of the most important moments in a student’s journey because it is where classroom learning meets real-world opportunity,” stated Joshua Garner, Director of Student Development. “Students can build confidence, make meaningful connections, and begin to see a clear path forward. For many, it’s not just about landing a job or internship – it’s also about discovering purpose and taking the first tangible step toward the life they’re working to build.”
Reinhardt’s Office of Vocation and Career Services collaborated with Goodwill of North Georgia to organize the event. Throughout the year, the Office plays a key role in supporting students’ professional growth through a variety of career-focused programs. These initiatives include résumé and interview workshops, expert-led panel discussions, and the RU Leads leadership development program. Students also benefit from a regular career newsletter that features helpful guidance, job opportunities, and information about upcoming career events.
