Aspiring teachers or those already teaching wanting to advance their degrees should join Reinhardt University’s Price School of Education May 9 to learn more about master-level degrees.

In cooperation with the Office of Professional Studies and Graduation Admissions, the Price School of Education will share information about the newly revamped Master of Education with focuses in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math or Gifted Programs. Reinhardt also offers a Master of Arts in Teaching for those who have a bachelor’s degree in a field outside of education but would like to become a classroom teacher. The MAT now also offers a Professional Standards Commission approved track for paraprofessionals.

“Our master’s degree programs at Reinhardt are tailored for the working adult looking to either enter the field of education or advance their current degree in education,” said Dr. Nancy Marsh, dean of the Price School of Education. “If you’re looking to make a career change, enjoy working with children and want to make a difference in someone’s life, join us to learn more about the MAT. Those who are lifelong learners, would like to add an endorsement to their certificate, and earn an advanced degree and increase their pay, should come learn more about our M.Ed. program.”

The Meet and Greet will take place May 9, from 5-7 p.m., at the Woodstock campus of Chattahoochee Technical College, 8371 Main St., in downtown Woodstock. For more information, call (770) 720-9191 or email GradAdmission@Reinhardt.edu.
