Welcoming apartment-style residence hall
Houses both female and male students
Available for returning and transfer students with 60+ earned credit hours with a GPA of 2.75 or higher and graduate students
Two- and four-bedroom units
Fully furnished and equipped four-bedroom unite with common living area and full kitchen

Amenities

Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and sink
Common living area: Couch, chair, entertainment center, coffee table and end table
Each bedroom: Full-size bed, nightstand, desk with chair, and dresser
Bathrooms: Two-bedroom units share one bathroom and four-bedroom units share two bathrooms
Other amenities: Heating, A/C, all utilities, internet, and campus laundry facilities (fees for each washer/dryer load)
