Residence Halls

Apartments

East and West Apartments

  • Welcoming apartment-style residence hall 
  • Houses both female and male students 
  • Available for returning and transfer students with 60+ earned credit hours with a GPA of 2.75 or higher and graduate students 
  • Two- and four-bedroom units 
  • Fully furnished and equipped four-bedroom unite with common living area and full kitchen

Amenities

  • Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and sink 
  • Common living area: Couch, chair, entertainment center, coffee table and end table 
  • Each bedroom: Full-size bed, nightstand, desk with chair, and dresser 
  • Bathrooms: Two-bedroom units share one bathroom and four-bedroom units share two bathrooms 
  • Other amenities: Heating, A/C, all utilities, internet, and campus laundry facilities (fees for each washer/dryer load) 

BlueHall

Blue Hall

  • Two-bedroom suite-style rooms with two students in each bedroom  
  • Suite has a shared study lounge  
  • Designed for male students 
  • Every floor features security entrances 
  • Houses an on-site professional staff member 
  • ADA accommodations and private rooms when space allows 

Amenities

  • Each student is provided with an extra-long twin bed (36″ x 80″) 
  • Each bedroom has a private bath 
  • Other amenities: Heating, A/C, all utilities, internet, cable, and laundry facilities available on the first floor of Hubbard Hall between the Blue and Gold Halls (fees for each washer/dryer load) 

GoldHall

Gold Hall

  • Two-bedroom suite-style rooms with two students in each bedroom 
  • Suite has a shared study lounge 
  • Every floor features security entrances 
  • Houses an on-site professional staff member 
  • ADA accommodations and private rooms when space allows 

Amenities

  • Each student is provided an extra-long twin bed (36″ x 80″) 
  • Each bedroom has a private bath 
  • Other amenities: Heating, A/C, all utilities, internet, cable, and laundry facilities available on the first floor of Hubbard Hall between the Blue and Gold Halls (fees for each washer/dryer load) 

Eagleview

Eagles View

  • Traditional-style hall living for first-year students 
  • Houses both female and male students 
  • Two-bedroom suite-style rooms with two students in each bedroom 
  • Suite has a shared study lounge 
  • Each bedroom has a private bathroom 
  • Home to Living and Learning Communities: Education, Faith and Spirituality, Music/Performance, and Honor’s College 

Amenities

  • Each bedroom: includes extra-long twin bed (36″ x 80″) and private bathroom 
  • Other amenities: Heating, A/C, all utilities, internet, cable and laundry facilities on the first floor of the building (fees for each washer/dryer load) 

Gordy-Hall

Herbert I. & Lila W. Gordy Hall

  • Four-bedrooom suites and a limited number of private rooms 
  • Houses both female and male students 
  • Suites can house up to eight students in four double rooms 
  • Suites feature a common bathroom and furnished living area  
  • Private rooms have a connecting bathroom with another private room  

Amenities

  • The common living area is furnished with a couch, loveseat, entertainment table, and end table 
  • Each student is provided with an extra-long twin bed (36″ x 80″), a wardrobe with drawer space, a desk, and a desk chair 
  • Shared kitchen available on the third floor 
  • Two TV lounges located in the hall 
  • Other amenities: Heating, A/C, all utilities, internet, cable, laundry facilities on the first floor of the building (fees for each washer/dryer load)

  • Each student is provided with an extra-long twin bed (36″x 80″), a desk with chair, dresser, and closet space with shelving 
  • Each bedroom has a private bath 
  • Other amenities: Heating, A/C, all utilities, internet, cable, and laundry facilities on the first floor (fees for each washer/dryer load) 
  • Common gathering area on second floor

Roberts-Hall

Roberts Hall

  • Four-bedroom suites with two students in each bedroom 
  • Houses male students 
  • Each suite has a common living area 
  • Each double room in the suite shares a bathroom with another double room

  • Each student is provided an extra-long twin bed (36″ x 80″), closet, dresser, desk, and desk chair.  
  • Other amenities: Heating, A/C, all utilities, internet, cable, and laundry facilities located on the second floor (fees for each washer/dryer load) 
  • TV lounge in the lobby for all students to share

Smith-Johnston

Smith L. Johnston Hall

  • Private rooms with a connected bathroom 
  • Houses female students 
  • TV lounge for all students to share 
  • Easy access to a nice courtyard

  • Each carpeted room features a built-in closet with drawer space, an extra-long twin bed (36″ x 80″), a desk with a desk chair, and a sink.
